Scouring distant lands to find some of the most talented emerging artists, we've been blessed with even more quality sounds and proud to bring you another installment. Straight from Kwa-Zulu Natal in Durban is Samurai Yasusa, a digitally skilled young producer, whose debut single "Absolute" on the #1 Dopewax Approved: Kenny Dope & Friends comp helped stake his claim, and whose sonic elements on his latest single, "In Need," are simply flawless. They're all here, the native drums, 4/4 bass, minimal synthy chord punches, and the super catchy ethereal vocal by very talented rising star Olwethu. Samurai sets the stage perfectly for the mixdown by 4-time Grammy nominee Kenny Dope, who adds his musical Midas touch to the production as only he knows how. The end result is no less a powerful head-nodding bit of deep deep Afro House that is sure to transcend generations of dance floor enthusiasts. This is pure fundamental quality dance music.
